This is not just a quick chat—this is a focused, intentional session where we begin making sense of what you’ve been experiencing. During this session, I will help you: • Identify patterns of narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation • Understand trauma bonds and why it’s been hard to let go • Bring clarity to what you’re feeling (confusion, anxiety, self-doubt) • Offer professional insight and next steps tailored to you Many clients leave this session saying, “I finally understand what’s been happening to me.” This session is for clarity and direction and is not applied toward future sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Aminah Anthony Life Coaching Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Aminah Anthony Life Coaching, your time and growth are deeply valued. To maintain consistency, respect for all clients, and the integrity of the coaching process, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Scheduling & Commitment All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you. Your commitment to showing up is an essential part of your progress and transformation. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (24-Hour Policy) Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows your time slot to be offered to another client. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a late cancellation. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled. • This policy is in place to honor the time reserved exclusively for you. 4. Emergencies & Grace Consideration Life happens. In the case of a genuine emergency, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Aminah Anthony Life Coaching. Open communication is encouraged. 5. Coaching Packages & Payments • All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once services have begun. • Unused sessions are forfeited if not used within the agreed timeframe. 6. Coach-Initiated Changes If Aminah Anthony Life Coaching needs to reschedule a session, you will be notified promptly and provided with alternative availability at no additional cost. 7. Agreement to Policy By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
